High Quality Leather And Accessories Company Limited was founded in 2008. We specialize in various bags, such as ladies handbags, wallets/coin purses/card holders, luggage tags/passport holders, phone bags, waist bags/fanny packs, backpacks, duffle bags/weekend bags, cosmetic bags/jewelry cases, men's/women's belts and some other accessories. Hundreds of kinds of bags are on our list. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. It is very convenient from Hong Kong, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen.

 

Monthly Production Capacity of 10,000 to 12,000 Pieces

We have earned a great reputation with excellent quality and fast delivery in Europe, the USA, North America, Australia, and other regions. Our factory is SEDEX verified. We have around 100 skilled workers capable of making 10,000 pieces monthly.

Policy on Forced Labour
If a company cannot force a worker to work by means of violence, threats, or illegal restriction of personal freedom, the worker may immediately terminate the labor contract without prior notice to the company.
Policy on Child Labour
We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows) or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.
Policy on Coercion and Harassment
We acknowledge the value of our staff and treat each employee with dignity and respect. We do not use cruel and unusual disciplinary practices such as threats of violence or other forms of physical, sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abuse.

Policy on Sensitive Transactions
It is our policy to prohibit employees from entering into sensitive transactions - business dealings generally considered to be either illegal, immoral, unethical or to reflect adversely on the integrity of the company. Policy on Commercial Bribery
